1. Part of my order has not yet been delivered. What can I do?

If your order contains more than one supplement, it is possible that individual products will be sent in separate parcels. Unfortunately sometimes different packages relating to the same order are separated at the time of sorting by postal services. You should get the rest of your order within a few days. If you have questions concerning the delivery of your order, you can contact FitForMe Customer Service.

2. I cannot login. How can I fix this?

If you forgot the email address on your account, click on "Forgot your email address?" And follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Click on "Forgot my password" if you do not remember the password to log on. Within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with a new password. Remember to add FitForMe to safe contacts so that correspondence from us does not end up in the junk mail. You may also want to change the password immediately after logging in, replacing it with another more easily remembered.

To log in, click on "My FitForMe login" at the top of the screen. Your ‘My FitForMe’ account gives you access to, amongst other things, your account history, so you can easily see all your orders.

3. How can I return my order?

Each supplement can be returned to us within 10 working days following the date of delivery. Within this period, you have the option to return items purchased or ordered to request the replacement of the supplement. If you do not exercise the right of return within 10 working days, the purchase will be considered final.

If you decide to ask for the return or replacement of your supplements, please contact FitForMe Customer Service. We can thus explain the procedure for the return of your supplements.

After receiving the package containing the returned product, we will refund you within 10 working days.

4. Can I find FitForMe products in stores?

FitForMe supplements are not available in stores and can be ordered only online In this way we can offer supplements at a competitive price while providing you the personal service that defines the philosophy of FitForMe.
