Order online – its simple and convenient!

Step 1: Your basket
To place the selected supplements in your shopping trolley, click on "Add to basket". All prices displayed on the site are inclusive of VAT.

Do you have a promotional code? Enter it here and then click to continue. After popping your chosen supplements into your shopping basket, you can then proceed with the payment order.

Step 2: Your information
If this is your first order, before completing it you may open an account with FitForMe. In this way, your next order can be completed even faster! If you have already opened an account for previous orders, just login using your email address and password, and double check the information we have for you is accurate.

Step 3: So how would you like your delivery?
Just one single delivery? Or maybe you would like to sign up to our Service Loyalty package, and recieve multiple deliveries and a 10% discount?

At FitForMe you always come first. We offer you the opportunity to choose whether to receive your order with a single delivery or with regular deliveries. This is our Service Loyalty package! Selecting Service Loyalty, you will receive your supplements regularly at home, choosing to receive them every three or six months. You will also receive as much as 10% discount on every next order!

Step 4: Method of payment
Select the preferred payment method. FitForMe offer different payment options and you can easily choose the payment method best suited for you.

Step 5: Check and confirm your order
At this point you can check that your order details and personal information is all correct. Does everything look correct? In this case, complete your order by clicking on "complete". An order confirmation message will be sent to the email address you entered.

Order Confirmation

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation message in your mailbox. This confirmation message will contain details of your order and delivery requirements. The confirmation will be sent immediately after the completion of the order. Please note that emails sometimes get caught up in spam or junk folders. However, if you do not receive the confirmation message, you can contact FitForMe Customer Service.

10% discount with our Service Loyalty package

FitForMe offers you the opportunity to receive regular delivery of your supplements. Customers opting into our Service Loyalty Package will receive a 10% discount on each delivery!

This package is obligation free. You can modify, postpone or cancel your order at any time before the closing date. Choose our Service Loyalty Package and you will never be short of vital FitForMe supplements!

Complaints Procedure

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance for us at FitForMe. If problems should arise, please let us know by phone or email. We will do our best to resolve it. If you are still seeking a resolution to any issue that may have arisen, send us your complaint by mail or e-mail and we will reply to you within 14 days.
