Returns policy

Each supplement can be returned to us within 10 working days following the date of delivery. Within this period, you have the option to return items purchased or to request the replacement of the supplement. If you do not exercise the right of return within 10 working days, the purchase will be considered final.

Returning and replacing goods is simple and fast

If, after the delivery of your order you decide to ask for the return or replacement of the your supplements, you have a period of 10 working days from the date of delivery of your order in which to process your request. Any products returned must be intact and unused.

The cost of shipment of the products to be returned are chargeable to the customer. Please remember to include the letter that we sent with the order in any return or replacement request made by mail. After receiving the package containing the returned product, we will refund you within 10 working days.

FitForMe ensures that the supplements available in their range meet the requirements and standards commonly expected without flaws or defects. This warranty is valid for a period of one month from the date of delivery of the supplements. If supplements do not meet these warranty terms, FitForMe provides for their replacement or the arrangement of a refund within a reasonable time from the date of delivery. In case of replacement, the customer must return goods to FitForMe unused.

This warranty clause does not apply to cases where the defect is due to inadvertent or improper use or to cases in which the buyer or any third party, without written consent of FitForMe, have made or attempted to make changes to the supplements or have them used for improper purposes. The above clauses are in full compliance with consumer rights as provided by law. More information is available in the General Conditions - Article 5.
