How does Vitamin B2 work?

Vitamin B2 belongs to the B group of vitamins. The group consists of 8 vitamins, each with a different effect.

Vitamin B2 is a water-soluble vitamin and is also called riboflavin. This vitamin participates in the process of energy production and is essential for maintaining healthy skin and hair.
